I never realized until I got the DVD called "Spiderman-The Ultimate Villian Showdown" just how low the budget was for the 1960's Spidey cartoon. I watched "The Origin of Spiderman" on the DVD and saw TONS of repeated footage of Spidey slinging around NY...some of the images were FLIPPED. There was also a great deal of wasted time with Spidey slinging around with jazzy music in the background too. I kept thinking..."Let's get on with it already!"

But despite all that...the show still RULES!
