I'd say it's up for grabs if it's a separate show. I honestly wasen't even aware it existed. I have read that there will be a new MTV spiderman cartoon series starting in July, I'll probbaly list that because it's still spiderman, that is assuming I can get an episode list as I don't get MTV.

I think the most suspenseful episode is where Spidergirl is knocked out, and her memory is wiped out by some amnesia gas and is forced to work as a maid.
