I always had a soft spot for Amazing SpiderMan #22, which renamed Circus of Crime as The Masters of Menace. It also introduced the character of Princess Python, who, drawn by Steve Ditko, looked HOT! She also seemed to like Spidey, telling her accomplices to be gentle with him , he's kinda cute. Spidey thought "Why do the women in my life cause nothing but trouble?". When he tried to arrest her later in the story, she tried to talk him into joining her in a life of crime, an offer the silly fool refused. In later appearances PP was never quite as good/bad as in her first appearance, and at the time, a pin-up page appearaed showing Spidey and most of the villains he'd faced up to that time, and Clown, Ringmaster, PP etc appeared. Who knows, if she'd tempted him, things would have been different. Don't forget, he sems to fancy redheads, which PP was! Well, I like her, anyway!

Wow! Someone else who thinks Princess Python is a cool lady, even if she is only a fictional character. Steve Ditk did draw her as looking very sexy and cute, and it's a shame he didn't do any more of her. Jack Kirby did a good Princess when she appeared in Thor's comic. If you're still there I have an idea for a fan fiction where Princess Python DOES tempt Spider-Man.

Har har very funny! Oddly enough when I try googling Princess Python (They can't touch you for it) a lot of Monty Python references come up as well as Marvel Comics' most under rated villainess.
