Umm, I catched about two seconds of this. It fits in well with "Evolution" and "Striperalla" in representing the Marvel universe on television.
Starting rant:
"Um, I catched about two seconds of this." - Matt Pesti
"I catched"? Uh, Matt, you do know better than that, don't you? Considering how illiterate Ill-annoy people seem to be in general and now this, I'm starting to wonder about the literacy levels of Midwesterns. I expect this from people of the South. We're hicks and goat-ropers down there. But in the heartland of America? This doesn't bode well for our country when we can't even get our language right.** (I recently saw this ad in a local newspaper. It was a Q & A thing with the owners and managers of some local businesses. And there were sooo many embarrassingly bad grammatical and spelling errors. It was depressing. But I digress.*)
*Shut up Peter David. I can use that phrase, too.
** And hey, it's not like I don't commit numerous assaults on the English language, but I have never used the non-word "catched".
End of rant. (It's been a long past two days, folks. Forgive me.
Like leaving out the closing parenthesis mark from my last sentence of my previous post. Arghh!
I really enjoyed this series. I bought the DVDs.
Of course, as with the movie before it, it took me a while to adjust to a new image of what Peter/Spider-man 'ought' to sound like.
They even managed to make Kraven interesting! One complaint: what was up with Indie? Was there a point here, (besides the last episode), or was this just the same dumb "add angst to the Peter/MJ relationship" thing the Ultimate Spider-man is obsessed with?
