Where Evil Nests

Nitcentral's Bulletin Brash Reflections: Spiderman: Spiderman Unlimited: Where Evil Nests

OKAY! So...this episode didn't have a title.
That's strange...so why'd they bother giving
a title to the first two episodes.

Ouch! This is getting so painful to watch.
The Green Goblin was so badly drawn. And...the
first two episodes didn't give us any indication
that Counter-Earth was actually a parallel Universe Earth...but since there's a Green Goblin
on this Counter-Earth, then I guess it is.

The black shade is getting really annoying.
(I know...I keep complaining about the animation...but it's so bad!)

Also...um...in the other Spiderman series,
Carnage and Venom hated each other. Here,
they seem to be working towards the same goal.
Also, the episode didn't make it clear if
these two actually came from Counter-Earth,
although it seems implied.

And isn't it convinient that when Carnage
and Venom placed the bugs on other people,
they are possessed right away...but when
they placed a bug on Peter's new found
friend, it slowly crawls on her, giving
Spiderman enough time to shake it off.

And since when does Green Goblin have wings?

Well...it looks like Spiderman Unlimited is
on hiatus for the time being. Fox Kids had dropped it from the Saturday morning lineup.

Not that I blame them...Heck, I didn't plan
on watching anymore...so I really don't care.

This episode was called "Where Evil Nests," according to Pazsaz Entertainment Network. In fact, there were supposed to be 13 episodes of this series. If Saban Entertainment would dare release all of these stories on a videotape at SLP speed, how much would you pay for it?

Personally, I can't understand why the same actors from the previous show didn't reprise their roles! Some of the campy old cartoons that were recently shown on UPN on Sunday mornings had the same problem.

The animation was far worse with the HERCULES/XENA movie and HOME MOVIES.

In my home state, this show was never broadcast simultaneously with BATMAN BEYOND. However, I'd recorded the show while I'd watched another show.
