By Jeff Winters (Jeff1980) on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 - 12:01 pm:

I think we do indeed have a Moral Obligation to Peacefully Speak Out against various Unjust Cruel Inhumane unreasonable "Laws" in America & Worldwide , Legality doesn't equal Morality

By Tim McCree (Tim_m) on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 - 5:12 pm:

Good for you.

By Jeff Winters (Jeff1980) on Thursday, October 03, 2019 - 12:44 pm:

Because the sad ugly truth is, in 2019
the so-called "Land of the Free" America, has a very very severe Lack of Freedom, a very severe Lack of Personal Choices & Individual Rights, & Individual Liberty, I'm personally Libertarian on many issues, America has many unjust unreasonable "Laws" that don't make any sense, it sickens me, and countless Americans, who also are Libertarian on many issues

By Tim McCree (Tim_m) on Saturday, October 05, 2019 - 6:00 am:

Good for you.

By Jeff Winters (Jeff1980) on Monday, October 07, 2019 - 3:27 pm:

Tim, well actually when you think about it, it's not good for anyone, many of the unjust unreasonable unfair "Laws" in America , that severely restrict Personal Freedom & Individual Rights, & Discriminate against Suffering People, Thank God for people like myself and other Freedom Loving Americans peacefully speaking out for Change !!!

By Tim McCree (Tim_m) on Tuesday, October 08, 2019 - 5:38 am:

Good for you.

By Jeff Winters (Jeff1980) on Sunday, October 13, 2019 - 6:02 pm:

Tim, Let's be Frank, and serious, it isn't good for anyone, all the unjust restrictive unfair unreasonable "Laws" in America , it backfires terribly and creates all sorts of horrible problems and suffering in America, and accomplishes Nothing,
All Nations need Laws, I agree, but some laws are very very unjust and allow for no Exceptions,
Prohibition is sadly very alive and well in America, There is No Alcohol Prohibition, but we still have an insane failed "War on Drugs" that makes thing worst
2. America stupidly outlaws Sex Work/Prostitution for all Consenting Adults, when Most American Men & Women alike want to see it Legalized in Every State,
3. Suicide must be "Prevented" by Force at all costs

By Jeff Winters (Jeff1980) on Sunday, October 13, 2019 - 6:03 pm:

I mean think about the Very Real Sexual Desires & Sexual Needs of the Disabled

By Rodney Hrvatin (Rhrvatin) on Sunday, October 13, 2019 - 7:01 pm:

Who defines what is "unjust"? If the "war on drugs" is such a failure then maybe we need to reassess the methods on which we fought it.

The sad thing with prostitution and sex work is the amount of underage people dragged into it against their will. We need to legislate against this. Also, what happens when a man (and it is usually a man) gets too rough with their worker and hurts them?

How you prevent suicide by force is beyond me. All we can do is provide the infrastructure to help those who need it to seek it out and get the help they need.

By Jeff Winters (Jeff1980) on Monday, October 14, 2019 - 3:15 pm:

Rodney, Well if a Man gets too rough with a Sex worker and hurts them, the man should be arrested and charged with a crime, all Workers including Sex Workers, deserve a Safe Working Environment , Sex Work/Prostitution should only be for all Consenting Adults, underage people & minors should be protected, but America Unjustly Discriminates against the Sexual Needs of the Many Disabled People who Have Trouble Getting Sex Naturally, that is horribly unjust
Plus, there is a Growing Pro-Choice,
Right To Die, Death with Dignity Movement in America & Worldwide for any and all suffering People, Remember the Late Dr. Jack Kevorkian

By Rodney Hrvatin (Rhrvatin) on Monday, October 14, 2019 - 3:27 pm:

I'm not saying you're wrong, merely playing devil's advocate. You are putting a Christian perspective on things- which is perfectly fine- but many would argue that we shouldn't. Personally, I think our society would be in a far worse state if Christian values never came into play.

In regards to sex workers for the disabled- how about exemption clauses- like medicinal marijuana?

By Jeff Winters (Jeff1980) on Monday, October 14, 2019 - 4:17 pm:

Rodney, I never did drugs or Alcohol, but my whole point is that many of the "Laws" in America are overly restrictive, if America is such a Free Country, and the "Land of the Free" then why can't Adults do what they want with their own lives and bodies, Why ? Why ? I'm Libertarian on many issues, strongly supporting Personal Choices & Individual Rights & Liberty Yes, I support Medicinal Marijuana, what harm could come from it ? I support the Growing Pro-Choice, Right To Die, Death with Dignity Movement for Any & All Suffering People who Hate Life & Hate their Lives, I am against all this Restrictive Pro-Life "Suicide Prevention" Extremism
2. I support Legalized Sex Work/Prostitution for all Consenting Adults, in Every State, all 50 States, and at Reasonable Prices, especially for the Sake of the Many Disabled People who have trouble getting Sex Naturally, America is Wrong for Forcing Sex Starved People to go without Sex, by denying them the Right to Paid Sex, Let's be Frank, Many Disabled & Healthy People alike are Starving For Sex, anyone can become Disabled, it can happen to anyone in life, and sadly it often does, especially as we get older, I think I'm speaking common sense, how am I playing "devil's advocate" ?
Now, with these Rights and Freedoms I propose for all Americans in Every State, there should be Certain Checks & Balances, I'm Not saying that people should just be allowed to just have Sex in Public in broad daylight, of course not, but America needs to show Compassion for the Sexually Less Fortunate & Sexually Frustrated & The Disabled, People with Mental illness, and other Mental and/or Physical Disabilities & Conditions & Socially Awkward, & Other Sex Starved People, we cannot ignore their Plight
America needs More Freedom !!!

By Tim McCree (Tim_m) on Monday, October 14, 2019 - 4:45 pm:

Good for you.

By Rodney Hrvatin (Rhrvatin) on Monday, October 14, 2019 - 6:31 pm:

No America needs less freedom. The giant man-baby in charge is testament to why Americans need their free will tempered a little.

Without law you have no order.

By Jeff Winters (Jeff1980) on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 - 2:10 pm:

Rodney, but my argument is that some "Laws" in America are too extreme and unjust, there should be certain exceptions, for certain people, such as Legalized Sex Work/Prostitution for People with Mental illness, & Other Disabled People who have trouble getting Sex Naturally, I see Disabled people often, I've spoken to them, Lack of Sex, is a very serious painful problem for many Disabled People, and Healthy People alike, we need to get rid of this outdated Puritan & Puritanical Non-sense, Countless People are Starving For Sex & Human Touch & Contact & Intimacy,
The "War on Drugs" has been a complete failure, and America & Other Nations should allow Legal Free of Charge, Voluntary Euthanasia/Doctor Assisted Death for Any & All Suffering People who Request To Die & Give Explicit Consent,

By Rodney Hrvatin (Rhrvatin) on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 - 9:30 pm:

So if I read your response correctly, this is your view-

1) The laws in America are extreme and unjust and exemptions should be made.

2) Disabled people can't get sex except through prostitutes and therefore there should be no laws banning prostitution.

3) There should be no drug laws at all because, apparently, we've lost the war on drugs.

How am I doing?

By steve McKinnon (Steve) on Thursday, October 17, 2019 - 6:15 am:

Why does he keep capitalizing random words like Trump in his moronic tweets?

By Rodney Hrvatin (Rhrvatin) on Thursday, October 17, 2019 - 4:28 pm:

His grammar and punctuation skills are as flimsy as his arguments.

By Jeff Winters (Jeff1980) on Monday, October 21, 2019 - 8:50 pm:

Why is abortion perfectly legal even gruesome late-term abortions yet suicide must be prevented by force at all costs doesn't make any sense to me, but there is a growing powerful pro-choice right-to-die death With Dignity movement in America and worldwide for any and all suffering people the right-to-die is a very Hot Topic in America and worldwide. Studies have shown most people in America and worldwide support the right to die for any and all suffering people and that most people are pro-choice I'll be back in a few days with even more arguments but it's great to chat with everyone here

By Tim McCree (Tim_m) on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 - 5:06 am:

Good for you.

By Jeff Winters (Jeff1980) on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 - 12:44 pm:

Rodney, my arguments are not flimsy, but just common sense, Most Americans Support ending the insane failed "War on Drugs"
- Most Americans, Men & Women alike support Legalized Sex Work/Prostitution for all Consenting Adults in all 50 States, Especially for the Sake of the Many Disabled People who have trouble getting Sex Naturally and finding Willing Sexual Partners, Lack of Sex & Not Having Sex is a Very serious severe Painful Problem for Many Disabled People, and Puritan America in 2019 is NOT Helping by Stupidly outlawing Legal Sex Work/Prostitution , this outdated old-fashioned Puritanical sickens me and most Americans
Now I'm not trying to Stereotype the Disabled,& the Mentally ill, some of them can find willing partners, some cannot, Even Many Healthy Non-Disabled People have trouble getting dates & Getting Sex at times, Why aren't more Human Rights Organizations & Disability Rights Organizations Speaking up for the Right for Sex Workers for the Disabled, anyone can become Disabled, Why don't more People speak up for the Sexual Needs & Sexual Desires of the Disabled and other Sex-Starved People, Lack of Sex is a Very Serious Problem for Countless Americans, and the Puritan, Puritanical so-called "Laws" in America against Sex Work/Prostitution are making things worst, Playboy Magazine and the late Hugh Hefner being Libertarian on many issues, naturally they supported Legalized Sex Work/Prostitution for all consenting Adults, Legalized Sex Work/Prostitution will help the Disabled, it will greatly reduce Rape & attempted Rape, It will Protect Women overall
-- Remember the late Dr. Jack Kevorkian, people have said that he was a Great Man, I have read that he was actually nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for Helping people end their Suffering, Most Americans and People Worldwide are against this Pro-Life "Suicide Prevention" Extremism and Support the Growing Powerful Right To Die, Death with Dignity Movement for Any & All Suffering People,

By Rodney Hrvatin (Rhrvatin) on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 - 4:27 pm:

Here's the thing with your "arguments". You show nothing to support them. No studies, no articles. Zip.

You say "Most Americans, Men & Women..." but how do you know? Have you asked them and documented their responses in a peer-reviewed journal? Have you read a journal or article that shows the results of a study?

You ask why more people don't stand up for the people you say are so let down. Is it that "most people" don't ACTUALLY think the same way as you?

By Jeff Winters (Jeff1980) on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 - 6:55 pm:

Rodney you just said to me that
"You ask why more people don't stand up for the people you say are so let down. Is it that "most people" don't ACTUALLY think the same way as you?" My reply is that maybe most people are Sheeple, and not too bright, and are delusional idiots, and don't realize the truth and either cannot or will not peacefully speak up and speak out about horrible injustices in America, Now, Yes there are other Americans like Myself who are Peacefully speaking out online against Horrible Injustice in America, but we are in the Minority

By Rodney Hrvatin (Rhrvatin) on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 - 8:13 pm:

oh dear....

I hope the tin-foil hat fits well...

By Judibug (Judibug) on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 - 11:25 pm:

Don't be sheeple. just be tin-foil!

By ScottN (Scottn) on Thursday, October 24, 2019 - 9:45 am:

And *BOOM*.... there it is. Once someone refers to people as "Sheeple", you may freely disregard anything else they say, if you haven't already.

By Jeff Winters (Jeff1980) on Thursday, October 24, 2019 - 1:51 pm:

Rodney, I'm not a Conspiracy theorist, it's just common knowledge that Prudish Puritan Puritanical Sexually Repressed America in 2019 unjustly Discriminates against the Many Mentally ill, Disabled, Socially Awkward, and other Sex Starved People by Denying them the Right to Paid Sex ,
Let's be Frank, Even Many Healthy People have trouble Getting Sex Many Times, and Puritan America in 2019 is making things worst by stupidly outlawing Sex Work/Prostitution between Consenting Adults,
Plus Many other people have spoken out against the stupid failed "War on Drugs" and in Support of the Growing Right To Die Movement

By Rodney Hrvatin (Rhrvatin) on Thursday, October 24, 2019 - 2:17 pm:

Good for you.

By Jeff Winters (Jeff1980) on Thursday, October 24, 2019 - 2:29 pm:

Rodney, let's be serious, it's not good for anyone, from the New York Daily News website
nydailynews.com an article on October 24, 2019 about the MeToo movement is titled
"Dating Woes in today's #MeToo era"
OPINION
Readers sound off on dating after #MeToo, drones and the B46

NEW YORK DAILY NEWS |

How to proceed? (Getty Images/iStock)
"Dating woes in today’s #MeToo era"
Bronx: Dear #MeToo movement: A sincere question, how do we men ask a woman on a date these days? I fully support women’s equality, but none of my guy friends will ask any females out now. They’ve been yelled at for simply asking a female if they’d like to go on a date to dinner or whatever! No, my friends are not meatheads. We’re all educated, normal 30-somethings.

We don’t want to upset women. Please tell us the proper technique for how, if we like a female, to ask her out. No man “chooses” to fall in love with a woman, and all the doctors and scientists seem to agree that love and sex are both biological needs, so how do we navigate this? We aren’t “evil” for loving women, any more than blinking is evil. And if “there are more fishes in the sea” were a true concept, then no one would be single on the planet. This mess has even created almost all the mass shooters, who are lonely and have nothing to live for and are angry at this broken society. We need to start having a public conversation about this stuff. The U.K. just created a Minister Of Loneliness because they realized it’s a public health crisis. Sean T. Sabelli All the More Reason, America should just grow the F--k Up, and get over this Puritan Prudish Hangup over Sex & Nudity and Just Legalize Sex Work/Prostitution in Every State at Reasonable Prices for all consenting adults , Am I right ?

By Rodney Hrvatin (Rhrvatin) on Thursday, October 24, 2019 - 3:40 pm:

I'll leave to Tim to provide the in-depth response your post requires.

Take it away, McCree....

By Tim McCree (Tim_m) on Thursday, October 24, 2019 - 3:45 pm:

Thank you, Rodney.

Ahem...

Good for you.

By Rodney Hrvatin (Rhrvatin) on Thursday, October 24, 2019 - 3:59 pm:

Thank you, Tim. I think you covered all bases there. Very thorough.

By Judibug (Judibug) on Friday, October 25, 2019 - 1:15 am:

Soon he'll sing that well-known ballad "Sheeple Who Need Sheeple"...

By Jeff Winters (Jeff1980) on Friday, October 25, 2019 - 4:38 pm:

Rodney, Tim & Judibug, I guess you can say I am very "Woke" about injustice in America, very socially awake and aware about Injustice in America ,
If Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. were alive today, make no mistake, if Martin Luther King Jr. were alive today, he would support more Freedom of Choice for all Americans, he would support ending the insane unjust failed "War on Drugs"
He would support Legalizing Sex Work/Prostitution in All 50 States of the U.S. For all Consenting Adults, at reasonable prices, especially for the sake of the Many Mentally Disabled, Mentally ill & Physically Disabled people who have trouble finding Willing Sexual Partners, Martin Luther King Jr. would realize that people have Very Real Sexual Desires & Sexual Needs, the need for Human Touch & Human Contact & Intimacy, Even if it's Paid for, it's far better, far better than No Sex
Dr. King would also support the Rapidly growing Pro-Choice, Right To Die, Death with Dignity Movement in America & Worldwide for Any & All Suffering People who Hate Life & Hate their Lives, Dr. King would realize that Human beings have the same right to a Death with Dignity, Quick, Peaceful & Painless that we give our beloved Pets, we would never force animals to suffer , I thought humans were supposed to have more rights than animals,
but as many people have pointed out , all the unjust unfair restrictive repressive "Laws" in America sadly tragically backfire horribly on Society, Yes, I realize all Nations need Laws, but some of the "Laws" in America are overly restrictive and allow for no exceptions to be made,

By Jeff Winters (Jeff1980) on Friday, October 25, 2019 - 10:34 pm:

See this Wikipedia entry for
Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, it lists SEX, having Sexual Relations as a Vital Need,
the link is here, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maslow%27s_hierarchy_of_needs Who else thinks it is wrong for America or any other nation to Deny Paid Sex to the Mentally ill, Disabled, and other people who have trouble getting Sex naturally , that's it's a horrible crime to Deny Sex to people who have trouble getting Sex Naturally ,

By Rodney Hrvatin (Rhrvatin) on Saturday, October 26, 2019 - 1:49 am:

If you think that Martin Luther King would support prostitution in any form then you have a twisted view of his teachings.
I would like to know what you base your beliefs about what he MIGHT think of these things on. Are you going to give me evidence or just rattle off the same stuff again like you normally do?
Personally, I think you're deluded to the point of paranoid.

By Jeff Winters (Jeff1980) on Saturday, October 26, 2019 - 12:12 pm:

Rodney, no offense, but I think I am speaking common sense logical & rational reasonable truth, did anyone read the letter I posted from the New York Daily News I posted by Sean T.Sabelli , he correctly has pointed out how the rigid inflexible unjust unfair "Laws" in America sadly tragically backfire big time, sadly creating all sorts of horrific incidents, Look at Prohibition of Alcohol in the 1920's in America, Alcohol Prohibition just made things worst, much worst, see this article by
Marc J. Victor, about how America needs More Freedom, More Freedom & Freedom of Choice, Not Less,
The Article is here, https://fee.org/articles/the-us-needs-a-freedom-revival/ Notice how Marc J. Victor mentions the Things I mentioned , It's disgusting how Puritan America in 2019 causes grave psychological & emotional harm to the Disabled,Mentally ill,Socially Awkward & Other Sex Starved People by Denying them the Right to Paid Sex, Forcing People to go without Sex, it is Discrimination how America forces people who have trouble finding Sexual Partners to go without Sex, Disability Rights Organizations & Human Rights Organizations should take this matter to the U.S. Supreme Court ,
Disabled People, people with Mental illness & Other Mental and/or Physical Disabilities & Conditions are Sexual Beings also, they have the Same Sexual Desires & Sexual Needs as Everyone else, they should NOT have to risk being arrested, criminal prosecution/persecution & public humiliation for a basic human desire,
America has some good things, and some Freedoms, but what type of "freedom" is it when Adults cannot even do what they want with their own lives and own bodies ? Doesn't sound like freedom to me, I've spoken to people with Mental illness & Other Mental and/or Physical Disabilities & Conditions, I've personally spoken to them, Living in New York City, you see Disabled & Mentally ill people all the time, I've spoken to them, many of them are Starving For Sex, but Puritan Puritanical Sexually Repressed America forces them to go without Sex, that's a Horrible Crime,

By Rodney Hrvatin (Rhrvatin) on Saturday, October 26, 2019 - 3:16 pm:

So I guess you're not going to give me evidence to support your MLK assumptions then?

And one letter by amember of the public to the new York Times hardly constitutes evidence.

So answer me these questions-

1) Who shot JFK?
2) Is Paul McCartney alive?
3) Did man actually land on the moon?
4) was 9/11 an inside job?
5) Did Obama fake the Sandy Hook massacre?
