Any one with me in declaring Marita the worst acted character on the show? The closest possible contender is Elder #1.

I like both! they're fine actors with very difficult jobs.

i think that the X-Files is such a good show, that its viewers hold it to a higher
standard than other shows. Laurie Holden would be considered a great actress on
any other drama. That said, I think *all* the actresses and actors are very good.

Yay! Marita will be back on the show in "One Son"! According to Tiny Dancer's site, she will be in pretty bad shape (missing some teeth, bruised) and Mulder won't recognize her (well, not at first)....

I think I would like this character better if she didn't have such a bad case of Skinner-itis (which means when she talks, she clenches her jaws like she's trying to hold a Tic-Tac between her back teeth). Nah, I don't even think that would help -- I just don't like her, period. I think my dislike for her started from her first episode and culminated in real hate when she and Krychek did the wild bunny hop together. Any woman who could do Krychek (and standing up , no less) qualifies as worm meat in my book. I was hoping the black goo had killed her off, but no such luck.
