I would like to expand on a couple of points that Phil touches on in the Guide. The first being about Scully's chip setting off that metal detector. Phil brings up the 'oddity' of the chip setting off the machine and not ear rings, which she is wearing, or other items but I find it almost impossible for the chip to set off any metal detectors due to its size and the fact there's probably very little metal in it to begin with.
The second point is about Mulder's apartment number. When Scully opens the door with Skinner you can see that at one time there was either paint or a sticker for the number 4, instead of a screwed/nailed number. And that's all I got for this one
