Phil wonders why Ariel tells Mulder and Scully about her father's history. Perhaps she's less innocent than she seems. Perhaps she's familiar with a certain term of Jewish origin, I believe - "scapegoat"
IIRC, in this episode, it's said that the word emet is written on the back of the golem's hand. But all the accounts of the golem legend I've read say that it's written on the forehead. Is this just a case of a obscure variation on a legend or sloppy research on the part of the writer?
Sloppy research or satisfactory research and a changed premise anyway.
