Whatever happens to the assassin depicted in this episode? He has appeared in several other episodes--"Piper Maru", and "Zero Sum"...but hasn't been seen since.

Was this also the guy from "Tempus Fugit"? I watched the very beginning of that right after "Memento" and right before I had to return it to the video store, so I didn't see much, but they looked similar to me. Just curious

I'm a bit surprised that Mulder didn't think to ask any of the Kurt Crawford clones if they had healing capabilities, like other clones have had, or if they knew where to find one. I'm also surprised that it took until next season for somebody to realize that putting another chip in Scully's neck could put the cancer in remission, since it's pretty obvious they are linked to the cancer.

Phil brought up in the Guide that the car carrying the assassin who killed the first clone pulled forward 15' for some reason after Mulder left for the hospital but why didn't Mulder notice that car when he walked to his? You can clearly see it's running by all the exhaust. That's practically law-enforcement 101. I don't quite understand Dr. Scanlan's purpose for 'speeding up the process' of Scully's and the MUFON group's cancer. They already got what they wanted out of them, their ova and implanted the chips. So what if some of them took it out, if they wanted them dead just kill them or let them go naturally.
