As far as I know, yes. Lance Henrikson will be playing Frank Black, which leads to a question about the movie... Since this ep provides the Millenium/XFiles crossover, showing that they exist in the same universe, does that mean the FBI guy who blew himself up in the movie (his name escapes me) is the same guy from Millenium?
