Ok, what was the point of this one? Why would the Taelons develope a power system that causes them to "freeze"? It doesn't make any sense. The only reason for this is so that Sandoval could get ahold of a weapon to use. I still think he's in league (or will be) with the Jaridians. Jonathan dies, but it's no big loss since they rarely used him any more. Is is son gonna take over, and not be seen that much as well. It just seems that each episode lately has nothing whatsoever to do with previous ones. Is there a plan or not?

I think the only point was to explain Joshua's unusual betrayel at the end of last season.

The whole 'limit human creativity because it might be dangerous to us' idea just seemed like the Taelons shooting themselves in the foot. They need weapons to use against the Jaridians, so they need human creativity. Being afraid of the Resistance getting some technology is ludicrus because the Resistance is laughably ineffective.

Why is the desk that gives out the badges behind the machine that you have to 'sign in' at? The scanner should either dispense badges, or the badge desk should be past the scanner.

So if the building has decided to kill everyone, why send Joshua to kill Johnathan?

The energy barrier vaporized Sato (cool effect), but it just knocked Johnathan off the catwalk?

The first season indicated that Johnathan could care less about Joshua, here it seems like he's always cared.

Did Sandoval already have some idea what the Control Core would do to Taelons, and just want to test it? O did he just open the case up and hope all the Taelons in the mothership didn't disintegrate or go insane or somthing?

Finally got to see this one. Interesting, in a disjointed way. One thought on Door's Televised funeral:
a) I know there are most likely a million channels in the future (or netcasts more likely) but it is it likely that they would televise his funeral. He was a great political figure but does it seem kind of odd? I mean would we have Bill Gate's Funeral on TV?

b) He has a American flag draped on his casket, he was in some kind of federal service or was this an honorary thing?

c) The on screen text says in "In Memory of Jonathon Doors" every similar message I've seen has the birth/death dates on it. I know this is to keep the "not so distant future" a mystery. Although we can make a lot of easy guesses that place this show between 4 and 12 years away.

I think Bill Gates funeral will be broadcast on the Internet.

(laugh) Actually you might be right about that one.

Well, let me just say that One Taelon Ave. looks a whole lot like the Ontario Science Centre. In fact, I saw them setting up to shoot!

And now I've seen the episode, which was okay, but it didn't seem to make much sense to me.
