what interview?

By Amos on Sunday, December 26, 1999 - 2:55 pm:

Zo'or's I believe.

The Northwest... four years ago. The Northwest??? Couldn't they even name a state? How hard would it have been to pull out a map of Washington, Oregon or Idaho and pick a county in a wooded area? As a Northwest native I am very disappointed at that.

Is it just me, or my TV reception, or have the Taelons developed more freckles?

So where did they think the TV exec had wandered off to on the mother ship? Do they have Human bathrooms up there?

The red V on the visitors' passes reminded me of the logo for the V series.

They are granted an exclusive interview with Zo'or and they waste airtime by showing clips?
Where did they get some of these camera shots anyway? The Taelon shuttle flying straight at the camera & disappearing? Seems to be a little risky to me. However the later shots of the Volunteers shooting at a camera, stuck me as the most ridiculous & unlikely.

Interesting that they showed the girl getting new arms as in that episode after the loss of her arms she gave a press conference.

So why didn't these powerful Electro-Magnetic Pulses damage the cameras, or the video tapes of Taelon atrocities?

Amazing that none of the Volunteers seemed to give a look at Auger or wonder what this person was doing there. Especially considering how hard it would be to miss his outfit.

Was that a new outfit that Da'an was wearing at the end?

Having finally seen The Once & Future World I can answer my own question. No. That was not a new outfit that Da'an wears.

By Scott McClenny on Wednesday, January 26, 2000 - 6:37 pm:

I believe that this was an excuse to do a clip
show, which was pretty much the point of the
entire episode.

Ironic that Liam,Renee and Augur all helped to
save Zo'or,and looks like the irony continues
with the next episode where it looks like Liam
once more has to save Zo'or.

By Amos on Monday, January 31, 2000 - 4:59 pm:

I didn't care much for this one.

It made a horriable attempt to capture the mystery of the First Season.

Most of the clips would exist in the series, unless everyone records everyone all the time.

The plot about the female journalist's sickness was well developed.

And I believe the Taelons have been here for about 5 years.
