Cute film. Loved the little smart-alecky written comments about places that appear on screen.

The nits.
In the computer animated opener, Woody doesn't quite sound like himself. (Tom Hanks' brother provided the voice.)

The identity of Agent Z is pretty obvious from the voice alone.

Mira Nova looks like a refuge from the WB's Batman/Superman series, and her phasing power reminded me of Phantom Girl.

The training deck is reminiscent of the X-Men's Danger Room.

At one point Mira partially phases through the hull of the ship, sees a bomb, and audibly gasps. She did not seem to be wearing a spacesuit, so how did she breathe?

Really big plot hole. Zurg wants Buzz dead. Warp Darkmatter was on Zurg's payroll since he was in the academy and is Buzz's friend and partner. Why didn't Zurg have Warp kill Buzz while he was Buzz's partner?

After Agent Z's identity is revealed, Zurg doesn't call him Agent Z anymore.
