Interesting. This movie has nothing really to do with the actual Arthur myth, yet is a pretty good movie in it's own right. Some nice music, tense moments, and good acting.
My favorite scene was when Lancelot and Gueniveire kiss. Arthur comes in and there is nothing but silence. Awesome.
Good acting? Yes, but I assume you're not referring to Richard Gere. He makes me want to wretch.
The movie overall is a lot of fun. The Goldsmith music is indeed fantastic!
I only have one thing to say......
The names Pendragon, Arthur Pendragon.
The knights' uniforms may not have been historically accurate, but I thought they were very sharp, both in color and style!
If Richard Gere is a knight of the round table, I'm a space shuttle captain. He's not a bad actor, but he just doesn't sell himself in this role. Connery on the other hand, can joust with me anytime! Yummy!
Kevin Costner is no Robin Hood, either!! (Sorry, wrong board.)
CAMELOT LIVES!
