Nitpicks:

Approximate time of nitpick: 10 minutes to the end
Summary: Magic Cornbread

Details: When everyone comes over for that last dinner at the house, Vanessa Williams' (what a fox!!!) character goes over to the stove and stirs in a pot. She then opens the oven and takes out some cornbread. She raises a plate to turn the cornbread onto it. Problem is... you can't turn out piping hot baked goods without it breaking into pieces. Also, when she raises the plate, you can see residue from someone having all ready putting warm cornbread onto it. There's crumbs on the plate.

Approximate time of nitpick: right at the beginning
Summary: Where's the money?
Details: At Byrd's wedding you see her with all the money on her wedding dress, then she goes to the bathroom and there's only a few bills, then after that there's no money at all.

Approximate time of nitpick: first 10 minutes
Summary: Big Mama was burnt where?
Details: When Big Mama has her arm burnt over the stove, you see her arm is burnt right by her elbow, but Teri puts ice on the arm close to her wrist, not her elbow where she was burnt.

Who says you can't turn out hot, freshly baked products straight away? I always do when I bake a cake; I turn it out on a wire rack to cool and it doesn't break apart - you just need a well-greased tin.
