Apparently, Beuna Vista is bringing this out, on Region 2 DVD,next week, as one of the first 2 releases of the Studio Gibli Collection. (The Other's Castle In The Sky).
Coming Soon, My Neighbour Totoro ?

Fox currently holds the rights to My Neighbour Totoro - they released a pan & scan DVD in the spring.

I believe their rights will lapse soon, however, so Disney will probably reissue them.

One big nit I read about was in the scene where
Kiki's offered cocoa.In the original version it's
coffee.However even though in the dub they say
cocoa she still is seen adding cream and sugar to the cup.
