Horrible, horrible adaptation of the comic. I am a huge fan of the comics, and even I regret wasting my time watching this.

"Witchblade" will be a TNT series this summer, starring Yancy Butler. More wasted time?

Is Yancy Butler related to the actor Clancy Butler ("Shawshank Redemption", the 1983 "Bad Boys", "The Bride.")

I think it is Clancy Butler's voice on those ridiculous Mike's Hard Lemonade commercials.

The actor who played Captain Byron Hadley from The Shawshank Redemption (One of my all time FAVORITE FILMS EVER!!), as well as the guy from the first Highlander movie, Victor from The Bride (the Frankenstein movie with Jennfier Beals, Sting and the little guy), and The Hurricane is Clancy Brown, not Clancy Butler. In my opinion, Brown sounds nothing like the narrator in the Mike's Hard Lemonade commercials.

Yancy Butler was the daugther of a former drummer
for the great '60s band The Lovin' Spoonful.

Sorry about the name mixup, Luigi. Clancy Brown also does voices for "Sponge Bob Square Pants," although I still think it's his voice on the "Mike's Hard Lemonade" commercials. He is also in Bravo's upcoming series "Breaking News," which was originally made for TNT.
Yancy Butler was in rehab until recently, to dry out from drug and alcohol abuse.

I don't know what I was thinking when I said it sounded nothing like him. It's obviously him. Maybe I was thinking of someone else too? Oh well.

Yancy Butler joins the cast of As The World Turns next week. I was going to make some crack about soaps being for actors either on their way up or down, until I realized that Kathryn Hays has been doing soaps since the 1970's. And, she seems pretty contented to keep doing them.
