Okay so Eraserhead, eh? What's going on there then?

This is one strange movie. I don't know what the director was trying to covey but it was weirder than 'Naked Lunch' and thats saying something.

Eraserhead in 6 steps:

Man has sex before marriage.

Immoral, evil premarital sex results in monstrous pregnancy.

Monster baby is born, man is saddled with taking care of it.

Man kills monster baby.

Man kills self.

End of movie.

...oh, and the lady in the radiator? She's trying to convince Man to kill himself. "In Heaven, everything is fine."

For me, Eraserhead is the best in surreal horror and my favorite David Lynch movie.

I didn't miss the point at all. I explained the sequence of events. The movie is very surreal, very disturbing, and very terrifying. But like all Lynch films it can be boiled down to a very simple sequence of events.
