So far, I've watched about 25 minutes of this film, and already it ranks as quite possibly the worst film ever, in my humble opinion. Firstly; Austin O'Brien deserves to be shot, in both kneecaps, and left to die a painful, painful death. Second; They almost completely ignore the last few minutes of the first film, namely the fact that Jobe's body was pretty much left wasted when he transferred his mind into VR, and also that whole "telephone birthcry". Just all round so far, this film sucks extremely badly. Not to mention that Jobe has also had a complete head transplant.....

Okay, 've watched the whole thing now, and I'd just like to reiterate; It is indeed one of the worst films ever.

I was disappointed enough by the first film to not bother with the second. (I thought the first one was one of those "this started out interestingly and had potential, but went downhill about halfway through" films.)

True, but the first one was at least watchable, IMHO. Not something that you're ever gonna see on the Oscars, but watchable. This one was completely devoid of redeeming features.

Some friends of mine and I used to have "Bad Movie Night" once a month... sounds like this would be a good candidate, except that none of us wants to waste the time anymore. (In my case, I suppose I'm too busy posting to all these boards.)
By the way, don't watch Spontaneous Combustion, which ranks right down there as one of the worst films of all time in my opinion.

I had the bad fortune to see this movie in the theatre. I paid Five bucks fifty cents and my dad came and saw it with me. SO for a grand total of eleven dollars minus popcorn and snacks we got to see an extra-heapin' helping of pure ••••.

Yeah like i'm not bitter about it.

I thought the second part of the title of this was called "Jobe's War".
