Plot synopsis: South Korean intelligence agents Lee and Ryu have long been on the trail of Hee, an elusive female North Korean sniper. When an illegal arms dealer is killed while trying to give them information it becomes obvious Hee is back in action. But its soon apparent her reappearance is just the beginning when North Korean operatives steal a shipment of CTX, an ultrapowerful new explosive. Its a race against time for Lee and Ryu as they try to catch the North Koreans before they can blow Seoul apart.

The cover art on the North American release, which features an Asian woman in a revealing dress, is deceptive. If you're looking for James Bond style sexiness, look elsewhere. Its also not a martial arts film if you're looking for a chance to see taekwondo action on screen.

Without giving a major plot point of the film away I'll note that I guessed the secret behind one of the characters fairly early on.

The South Korean SWAT guys in the film suffer from "good guys can't shoot straight" syndrome. Several times when they confront North Korean operatives they are unable to stop enemies armed with just handguns even though they have automatic weapons and are shooting at close range.

Min-sik Choi, who plays North Korean special operative Park, looked very familiar, yet has no Western film credits. Most strange.
