This is not a nit but a question. Does Kenneth Branagh's Hamlet exist on DVD? I've looked everywhere for it and I can't find it on DVD.

Ok a nit, I don't remember any sex scenes when I read Hamlet.

Could be because they took them out of the High School version. I know that when we read McBeth they took out the part where the palace guard talks about booz improving the desire, but taking away the ability when it comes to sex. BTW I've never read Hamlet so I could be wrong.

Jake needs to add the theater on his list of movie styles.

then move all of these posts over there.

Oh, and Kenneth Branagh's Hamlet takes place in the wrong time frame. It should happen earlier.

For some reason, I don't think it would be possible to throw a sword like it was thrown in this movie. The distance it traveled and the way the sword travels (straight) looks a little contrived.

Maybe ScottN would be able to help with his vast knowledge of Physics. :)
