Let's start off with a real humdinger, a movie that you couldn't pay me to ever see. Not without a six-figure amount, anyway.

"Superbabies: Baby Geniuses 2."

A sequal to Baby Geniuses is quite posiblely one of the worst ideas i've ever heard. Why not make a sequal to Manos: Hands of Fate?

Uwe "House of the Dead" Boll's next video game •••• fest, entitiled "Alone in the Dark" is another sure fire stinker. Christain Slater and Tara Reid star. i knew those two where washed-up, but that washed-up?

The next two DTV sequals to the Prophecy, both of which lack Christopher Walken which really begs the questions, "What's the point?" Keri Wuher's in it to, which is always a stamp of quality.

How about the "prequel" to The Exorcist that I believe comes out today?

What about "Anacondas"? I remember seeing the first one at a dollar theater with my dad on a rainy Saturday afternoon. What an awful, awful movie. I was shocked (SHOCKED!) when I saw ads for a sequel. I had no idea that one was in production. It's like they kept it to themselves until they were done so that no one could dissuade them from making it.

Something funny about Baby Geniuses II...isn't Scott Baio supposed to be in it? Wow. Didn't the original languish on the shelf for several years before getting released?

Yes, it did. Three years, I think. Sometimes, they don't even release perceived turkeys theatrically. They go direct to video (like Free Money, which had one of Marlon Brando's final performances.) Or, they go to pay cable, like the Mariah Carey/Mira Sorvino pic Wisegirls, which was dumped on HBO. (Probably after Ms. Carey's megaflop Glitter.)
Exorcist - The Beginning wasn't previewed for critics prior to its release, nor was Alien Vs. Predator.
