This movie was on television the other day and I became interested to read what the upstanding people on this site thought about it. To my surprise there was no board dedicated to it so I hope I didn't create my first new conversation in the wrong category.

Besides the several obvious green-screened scenes, and the semi-average sword fighting, I thought this movie was quite entertaing. I felt the humor, action, and drama were well balanced, and leave it to George Lucas to find yet another insulting term to call "little people." Any thoughts?

Not a bad movie.

However, Siskel and Ebert said it was a rehash of Star Wars, And I can see where they were coming from.
