The Fly II

In The Fly II, Martin Brundle drags Bartok into the teleporter, knowing that his own bad DNA will be removed and put into Bartok. True enough, Martin comes out the other end human while Bartok is a yukky mess. However, due to what had been previously referred to as Brundle’s Accelerated Growth Syndrome (“I have a nasty attack of the BAGS, dear” ...), Martin had grown into an adult by the age of five (and you have to wonder whether he ever told his girlfriend, “Did you know you’re boffing a five year old?”!). If all his dodgy DNA was removed in the teleport, shouldn’t he have come out the other end looking like a normal five year old child?

Forgive me if this is elsewhere on the board but I couldn’t find it using the Keyword Search.

The question that's always been on my mind about this film was at the beginning of the film where Ronnie apparently changes her mind about having an abortion(I don't speak from experience, but I'd think she'd be sedated if she was having an abortion) and by going straight to Brundle's bosses to give birth

The scene with the mutated dog always gets me. Martin goes to see him, and the dog recognizes him and wags his tail (despite the pain the poor animal must have been in).

Out of kindness, Martin puts the dog out of its misery.
