I saw a sneak preview of Along Came a Spider Tuesday night, and I gotta tell ya, somebody has got to get ...Spider's screenwriter's Marc Moss' copy of Se7en away from him. Twice in Spider he has Morgan Freeman reciting lines that are identical to lines Freeman says in Se7en. While in the kidnapper's house he comments on how patient and methodical the kidnapper is. Freeman made a similar comment about John Doe during the Sloth segment in Se7en.

Then Freeman takes his partner (a woman in Spider) and starts reviewing crime scene evidence, telling her they should look for the one thing out of place. Again, this is similarly played out in Se7en with Morgan and Brad Pitt.

I know originality is at a premium in Hollywood, but really!
