Pretty Good. You pretty much get what you expect.
I don't watch most of Will Ferrel's films (I think Old School is the only one I've seen), and I've never seen any of Jon Heder's, but the concept for this film, and its trailer were so hilarious, that I just had to see it. We had a press screening for it Wednesday night, so I stayed and watched it with two coworkers. Given the type of fare that you usually see in movies starring these stars, it was okay. There were a lot of funny moments, and while I think more talented writers could've milked more humor out of it, I think I got what I expected, given where the bar is in cinematic comedy nowadays.
If you've liked Will Ferrel and Jon Heder's other films then you'll probably want to check out this one when it comes out March 30.
(And DAMNN, I had no idea Jenna Fischer was such a hottie!)
Luigi Novi: (And DAMNN, I had no idea Jenna Fischer was such a hottie!)
Oh yeah. Just not in Slither.
You've never seen Napoleon Dynamite, Luigi? Dang, you should at least once!
I often miss a lot of movies that get good buzz because I'm very selective with my free time, and a movie theater is often the last place I wanna be on my days off. I missed Stranger Than Fiction, The Prestige, The Illusionist, Fast Food Nation, and the last hour or so of An Inconvenient Truth because of this.

One interesting point I missed when watching this movie was the fact that, in light of incestuous vibe between Stranz and Fairchild, who are brother and sister in the film, AMy Poehler and Will Arnett are married in real life. It adds kind of an ironic dimension to that moment near the end of the film.
