Maybe I'm confused, but I think that in this OAV Ramirez was held hostage by Maroni. You'd think that that would sour her on him. But in The Dark Knight she was accepting bribes and taking orders from him.
The Scarecrow really mellowed out between Gotham Knight and The Dark Knight.
