This movie looks like a blast. How many times in your life will you see Oscar winner Helen Mirren pack heat? Or, Bruce Willis get out of a moving car (didn't he do that in Live Free or Die Hard?)

While in New Orleans, Bruce Willis and Mary-Louise Parker are staying at the Hotel Capri. This is northwest of the French Quarter at Tulane and Rocheblave. They are forced to leave and they drive south to - according to Willis - Conti and N. Peters. That's not really a good way to exit New Orleans, especially since Willis is driving east on North Peters, but oh, well. While at Conti and N. Peters, they encounter Karl Urban's character. They have their confrontation and Willis and Parker turn around and are clearly heading west towards Canal Street. However, Urban is stopped by the cops (after he stops to check out the car Willis has abandoned), the action takes place at Ursulines and Royal. (There's a wall-fence that is very distinctive and is only found on Ursulines.) Ursulines and Royal are north-east of Conti and North Peters. Oops.

Another problem (and this holds true for X-Men Origins: Wolverine) is that Bruce Willis and Mary-Louise Parker arrive in New Orleans by passing over the Crescent City Connection. Unless you're already in Louisiana (and Willis and Parker started out in Arizona), you almost certainly would never cross that bridge to arrive in the Big Easy as it's located just about southeast of the French Quarter. The Green Bridge and Lake Pontchartrain Causeway are really the only two bridges one would take to enter into New Orleans from another state. However, neither would provide the view of the French Quarter the Crescent City Connection does.
