VERY intriguing concept!

Unfortunately, not all that well executed.

This movie goes out of its way to show us the cameras everywhere, like they're on CCTV all day every day yet half the time the Timekeepers don't know where the fugitives are.

When Will and Sylvia jump out of the hotel window, apparently none of the cops stayed behind at the cars in case they slipped the pursuit in the hotel. Raymond pursues them on foot.

For some reason Raymond keeps chasing them by himself.

The distance between Dayton and New Greenwich seems to fluctuate based on the needs of the plot.

Apparently, anyone can just jump into a Timekeeper squad car, shout "I need time!" and get some.

Where did Will and Sylvia get that armored truck? And why does the time loan place have no security whatsoever?

At least they explained how Will got onto Weis' security team, though no one noticed he was wearing a different suit for some reason.

It really could have been a good movie. It had a great concept, but it was just so dumbly executed, it was hard to overlook what could have been an interesting world.
