In my opinion, this movie is a combination of "Earth Vs. The Flying Saucers" and "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes"


I'm surprised Tim Burton wasn't sued.

It's never explained why the Martians hate birds.....It would have made sense for the dove to "drop one" on the Martian helmet and then have the Martian fire at it.

The lasers vs humans....Sometimes the skeletons are greenish...sometimes they are reddish.

How many people must die before the President understands the Martians are hostile?

When the teen boys grab the laser guns...why didn't the government take one...analyze it...then use reverse engineering to make more?

Who told the Military that the Martian heads will explode when they hear Slim Whitman? I didn't see anyone making any phone calls.
