The all female Reboot was pretty good
Well I'm glad you liked it. What did you like about it? What did you think could have been better? Expand upon your thoughts my good man...
The all female Reboot was pretty good.
Movie critics and the box office grosses say otherwise.
To be fair, Tim, just because “movie critics and box office grosses say otherwise” doesn’t mean Jeff can’t enjoy it. Whilst it’s not a patch on the original, I didn’t think it deserved the hate it got either.
Definitely didn't deserve the hate, it was a serviceable and funny episode, unfortunately some people can't let go of their childhoods.
Well, the fact that they are going back to the original continuity speaks volumes.
I guess? I mean I'd rather take going some new direction and expanding the universe a bit rather than some tired faux-nostalgia retread, but hopefully it'll be as funny as the 2016 one. (I highly doubt it'll be as funny as the original)
Except the 2016 one didn't expand the universe, it rebooted it. The result, a huge flop. I can understand why they abandoned it.
Eh, profit isn't everything. The Wizard of Oz itself was a gigantic box office flop and didn't get an audience until 20 years later.
JD, you are so right, profit isn't everything, the 2016
Ghostbusters film was pretty good
