I don't want to give too much away, so I'll say only these two things.

It's not a good monster unless you end up rooting for the monster (in this case the sharks), and whoever said this was better than Jaws, I want what they were smoking!

Here's a question. Who wears underwear with a wetsuit? When lovely British scientist takes off hers she is wearing a cloth bra and panties. As I understand it a wet suit is like a swim suit it alows water to freely circulate. Wearing undies under it would make about as much sence as wearing it with a pair of swim trunks, and be about as comfortable.

LL Cool J had a unique spin on the 23rd Psalm. I will not say sacrilegious, even though I am Roman Catholic; I am pretty liberal about that type of stuff. I got a good chuckle out of it.
Better than "Jaws?" A 20-years-plus ripoff of it, and about 100 other "Don't mess with Mother Nature" types of pics.

Two reasons wearing something under a wetsuit is a Good Idea. One, you've gotta take it off sooner or later and you might want something underneath it for modesty's sake. Two, neoprene is not a terribly comfortable material and by design a wetsuit has to be tight to work properly. Going commando in one is asking for chafing. The point of the suit is actually to trap water next to the skin for insulation and then prevent fresher and colder water from getting in. If you wanted water circulation you'd ditch it and just dive in trunks (which is asking for hypothermia).

Anyhow, this movie is many kinds of dumb. Sharks swimming backwards (no amount of genetic engineering **** can make sharks do that; they're physically incapable of it), sharks somehow figuring out how to herd humans and know the layout of a structure they could never see, sharks with Offscreen Teleportation and the ability to make themselves invisible in shallow water...

Well I suppose that makes sense, but I still wanted to see her nude when she took that wet suit off.

Ronny Cox was in this movie, yet he had no lines!

I mean if the character wasn't meant to speak, why not just cast an extra in the part.
