Prequel to Sherlock season 3.
Even in death Sherlock could not keep away in solving cases and this mini-episode is certainly an enjoyable lead-up to season 3.
Sherlock in the video felt somewhat like the Doctor being in a video in Doctor Who: Blink which of course was written by Sherlock co-creator Steven Moffat.

I loved Lestrade's head-desk when Anderson kept giving titles to each 'sighting' of Sherlock!

According to various German commentators, they don't have a jury system in Germany. And despite the foreman's assertion that it's "unusual circumstances," how would a British citizen get onto a (non-existent) German jury?

Much as I loved Sherlock's wink at the end, I was kind of disappointed that he didn't 'click' as well, the way he did when he first introduced himself to John.
