The First Case:
Series opener.
Miss Sherlock is a Japanese series that was co-produced between HBO Asia and Hulu Japan.
Unlike previous adaptations of Sherlock Holmes this has both the Sherlock-like and Watson-like characters being presented as female characters and the first for a major series to have a female Holmes-like character, Elementary had it own female Watson and was running its penultimate season when Miss Sherlock got released
The titular Miss Sherlock is Sara "Sherlock" Shelly Futaba played by Yuko Takeuchi and the Watson-like character Dr. Wato ("Wato-san") is played by Shihori Kanjiya.
Harrowing theat the said first case has the victim dying when a remote bomb placed in his stomach got detonated.
Not bad how the murderer is someone quite expected and the reason for all this is revenge.
Sachiko's Mustache:
Episode 2.
The episode title refers to a work of art and the artist involved is found dead which Sherlock believes it was murder.
Intriguing what ensues here and the motive has to do with a frame.
Yūko Takeuchi
That's Yuko Takeuchi.
Had to remove the dash above the U in her name. For some reason, it was messing up the post.
Thanks.
@Tim, NitCentral is old code, it's not Unicode* aware. the "ū" literally means "use the character at code point 363", which is the u with a dash above it.
*Unicode or international character set. It also explains why "fancy quotes" get messed up here.
The Missing Bride:
Episode 5.
Quite intriguing this case of the missing bride and the consequences that it brought about in the process of seeing this case solved.
