I received an e-mail from Brian this morning, telling me he wants everyone to know that Archangel is closed to new characters. To use his exact words, the Archangel's crew is sufficent as is. This is obviously his response to Aska RoyRoy. To whomever that is, I just want to personally say that the LICC is never closed to new characters from what I hear.
