The dark future's version of Enzo Matrix has him donning an earring on his left ear and with his right eye slashed, just the way Enzo Matrix appears after losing the game in "Game Over" and compiling, as he so kindly puts it, in one game after another. How curious.
You stole my comment. People always talk about foreshadowing of "Game Over" in "Mend and Defend," but few seem to remember this episode. [see my comments in "Mend and Defend" and "AndrAIa"]
My "nit-picks" are as numerically proceeds:
1) Phong is capable of displaying a vid window in a game for monitoring Sprites' and/or Binomes endeavors to triumph? Furthermore, Phong appears in the game almost instantly from where he was previously located--this being the Principal Office--and in contradiction to how no one may enter a game after the game has successfully landed.
2) When Bob and Dot Matrix arrive in the room with doors at every angle, you have a brief glimpse of the room from which they just came with a slight but noteworthy flaw. The brief glimpse exhibits red and blue stripes in the initial corridor through which Bob and Dot Matrix had previously traversed, yet the room was conspicuously designed with black and white spiralled flannel.
3) After Dot Matrix has entered the dark future's version of her diner, you can clearly see one lone Binome in the far distance sitting in a booth. When Dot Matrix sits down and soon leaps to her feet, you now notice two Binomes sitting in that same booth.
4) The dark future version's of Enzo Matrix notifies Dot Matrix of Phong's and Bob's location and then consequently places his arm around Dot's shoulder. If you focus your attention on which arm he placed around his sister's shoulder, you ought to notice that the arm changes to his other side's arm as the two turn and walk in the opposite direction.
5) Did anyone notice Enzo Matrix donning a black Guardian attire? This furthers my notion that the events following this episode still occurred minus the presence of Dot Matrix and Bob.
6) Phong presents a nullified Bob within a cage to Dot Matrix. Then, Megabyte's minions appear and appall Phong. Phong returns to his box, but the cage containing the nullified Bob has vanished from this scene and the ones to follow.
7) How does Dot Matrix know it is the final chamber after she reaches the end of the tricycle race and observes the user squirting water at a target? Bob has Glitch to which to refer, but Dot Matrix is only presuming it to be the final chamber.
8) Notice Megabyte's image on the view screen of that transport vehicle operated by Bob and Dot Matrix. It appears when the camera zooms in on the open-close door and the door retracts upward to reveal Dot Matrix providing a thumbs up to everyone.
9) Old McPhearson is right in plain view. However, where exactly does this particular Binome reside? I always came to believe that he was isolated on the outskirts of Mainframe or definitely somewhere out of range of G-Prime.
Phong is capable of displaying a vid window in a game for monitoring Sprites' and/or Binomes endeavors... = Phong is capable of displaying a vid window in a game for monitoring Sprites' and/or [Binomes'] endeavors...
What was Feathers McGraw doing in Mainframe? (A cameo, son, a cameo.)
Phong breaks a couple of rules here: he observes a vidwindow monitoring a game and he appears in a game he did not start in. Perhaps it was a projection of Phong instead. Such interaction with a game from outside is not possible during other episodes. Bob did observe some game progress from outside in "The Tearing", using Glitch. Phong does create a projection of himself in "Infected" following this.
