Buffy Mortuary

Nitcentral's Bulletin Brash Reflections: Buffy, The Vampire Slayer: Buffy Mortuary
Mucho thanks to XNZ for the Buffy Mortuary part of the title.:)
A little thing about the fact there's already messages in the Kitchen Sink.

The Kitchen Sink was born by accident at first--an episode four topic accidently got creaetd in episode 3 and after some talking going on in it I asked if I could move it to the main board. And then a bit after that the kitchen Sink got suggested.

So, anything you want to say that's not exactly...on topic or fits on an episode page, say it here. Run free, my nitpicker friends. And be merry.:)

:)

The Buffy episode was titled The Harsh Light Of Day & the Angel episode was titled In The Dark and according to my lists they were the third episodes of each show.

Personally, I thought it was a pitiful excuse for a Crossover. I was expecting to see something like a movie with the characters of both shows interacting, but instead the only things that crossed over was Spike, the magic ring that made Vampires invulnerable, and Oz. It was more like a tie-in than a crossover.

Well, it seems there was some kind of mix-up in creating this section. Somehow Episode 4 is inside Episode 3.

Somehow

Giles's ancient spells from the Concil
Are going to be more useful, complete
and accurate for healing than
Wicca spells you can get at
Waldenbooks.

Is this for the first Buffy/Angel crossover or the one they showed last night?

Does anyone know what's happened to the Moderator? I hope he/she hasn't joined our pale friends.

By Interjector on Friday, November 26, 1999 - 8:28 am:

The Borg? :-)

Hiyas! I'm back, so no worries.:) This is for the first crossover, I've renamed all the topisc and added summaries. You'll also notice there's a new Angel topic.:) Do you guys care if I move this folder I accidently put in Episode 3 over to the main page and rename it to "Random Buffy Thoughts"?

By A. Sinclaire, Moderator on Tuesday, December 07, 1999 - 11:24 am:

Thanks, Keith, for the episode titles! They are much appreciated.

` You're right about his council spells being more powerful than wiccans being a tiny bit *fishy* fact. But then, it may be only because he's casting them, he was once in cohorts with Ethan after all.

You're welcome. Glad to help.

Random Buffy Thoughts sounds like a good catchall board.

American vampire fans maybe interested to know of a new series in production called 'Ultraviolet Vampires', based on the excellent UK series 'Ultraviolet'.

The UK series is similar in style to the X-Files, and is about a policeman who joins a group of vampire hunters working for the government. Interestingly, in the UK series, the word 'vampire' isn't used at any point.

If you're interested, there's some info at
http://www.cinescape.com/.

If you want to know more about the UK series, check:

Also, if you want to read a transcript of the series to see what it's like I've put up the first episode on my site, and am working on the others.

ObBuffy: Buffy has vampires in it too!

Anyone who isn't at Season 6, don't read this.

At this point (Season 6), is Faith still in a coma?

By KAM on Friday, November 30, 2001 - 3:10 am:

Spoiler if you haven't seen Season 5 of Buffy or Season 2 of Angel yet!!!
No. Faith came out of the coma in Season 5, crossed over to Angel where she eventually surrendered herself to the police and is currently in prison.

By Kai on Friday, November 30, 2001 - 5:36 am:

Thanks for that

By KAM on Friday, November 30, 2001 - 5:44 am:

You're welcome.

But I misrembered the seasons. It was Season 4 of Buffy & Season 1 of Angel. (Although I think we did see her at the end of the first episode of Angel's Second Season.)

Doh!

By Kai on Thursday, December 13, 2001 - 6:33 am:

Does anybody know if the older Reruns that the UPN is showing (such as Hush) are edited or the full version?

Yah, you SURE did! As someone who's seen Buffy s1-3 (except for Graduation Day), and s5-6, and Angel s2-3 (i.e. I've seen almost everything EXCEPT Buffy s4 and Angel s1), you REALLY burned me here dude! :^(

An interesting question - b/c they're definitely editing on FX, so I assume that when Hush, etc, is shown there, it WILL be edited.

So, is anyone looking forward to TAS or Ripper?

By Chris Marks on Friday, February 18, 2005 - 6:36 am:

Joss Wheedon basically shut down Mutant Enemy a few months ago (with Fox's blessings - think they've suspended rather than terminated the contract) whilst he works on movies.

If it wasn't already in production, it ain't going to happen.
