"Identity Crisis" parts I & II appear to be second season episodes.
Second season title sequence retains some clips from "The Tearing" and "Racing The Clock" while adding clips from "The Great Brain Robbery", "Talent Night", "Identity Crisis", "Infected", "When Games Collide", High code" and "Bad Bob".
Throughout the early episodes of season 2 hints are dropped to prepare for the extended plotline that turned ReBoot into a serial. The Web is spoken of and Megabyte's reference to "family" and "father" imply a backstory, as well as mention of the Twin City and Dot's father.
Dot has grown in importance. More than just a leading citizen of Mainframe, she has become a LEADER of Mainframe. She is privy to Mainframe's most sensetive places, such as the Core Control Room and the Archive. She quickly gets into the habit of taking command in a crisis throughout season 2, issuing orders and coordinating strategy.
