Romeo & Juliet (2021):
This is the 2021 adaptation of Romeo & Juliet by the National Theatre filmed in 2021.

This has Josh O’Conner as Romeo and Jessie Buckley as Juliet.

Overall a powerful performance with the said actors as the titular characters and the atmosphere that matches with it.

Spoiler Alert: Romeo and Juliet both die at the end.

Yes I have. Several times.

Across the Universe starred Evan Rachel Wood, from my beloved relationship drama Once and Again. And, in its use of Beatles songs to advance the plot, it was more stylistically similar to 1978's Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band than Forrest Gump. And, as of today, it's available on HBO Max until 4/1/24.

I've heard of the Beatles song, but not this movie.
